It's included in the Windows 98 Resource Kit, which should be on your Win98 CD (If you're still running Win98, you've probably had to re-install it from time to time, so you should be able to find the CD). WRT FIND vs FINDSTR, FINDSTR is far more flexible and useful, but for the simple taks of excluding matching lines, FIND should do the job.
