Yes, I know this is answered in the FAQ but in my case the 301 in the logfiles has come from *another* site and I don't get to see the 200 report as that is logged elsewhere.

No, there is no way to configure analog to do this. Usually you can just look in the Redirection Report instead of the Request Report. If you don't want to do that, you'll have to pre-process your logfile.
