There is a tool called Analog Crawler available here, that will look at
the pages on your site and build these REQALIAS commands for you.

I haven't looked at it in a couple years though, so YMMV.

Analog doesn't read the pages on your web site at all, but you can
supply 
descriptions using the REQALIAS command. You'd need one REQALIAS command
for 
each page.
