I'm not really sure that I understand what you are describing, but you might try REFSITEALIAS, if you want your referrers to show in the report as something other than http://vn.myftp.org:225. Note that browsers report the Referrer, so it's not getting into your logs because of some PHP problems - browsers are already visiting http://vn.myftp.org:225 when they generate that as a referrer.
