I'm confused - I have received a whole string of emails from tech help
folks that I don't understand - is there any information you need from
me to further expedite solving my problem.... the problem I emailed
about yesterday was :

" The General Summary for my website report for gleaux.com has been
saying
that I was near 38,000 successful server requests and then a week and a
half ago, the number dropped down to 33,000 requests and stayed at
that number since (adding daily from there). How do a retrieve an
accurate reading? It reads at the base of the webpage that my web
statistics report is produced by Analog 5.1 - so I hope this is the
correct place to direct my help question. Please let me know - thank
you."
