I don't think there is an option for doing that in Analog.

I don't know whether that's by design, or if it's an oversight. Note that
the Internal Search report is based on the URI-Query, whereas the external
Search Reports are based on the referrer, and there may be different
constraints on the data, but I don't really know for sure if Character
conversion presents greater problems for the Query-string than the referrer.

By sheer coincidence, I came across an article yesterday explaining why th
URLScan tool (used to help filter "bad" requests from  IIS) does not process
Query Strings.
