FILEINCLUDE /eea/* would normally report on just /eea/*, if it is the only
FILEINCLUDE or FILEEXCLUDE in the configuration. If you're seeing requests
that aren't in /eea/, tht suggests that you have another FILEINCLUDE
somewhere else in the config.

Are you running this in conjunction with the analog.cfg (the default
behaviour), or instead of it? (Your subject line refers to 1 config file,
but your message implies that you have one for each "site").

Try adding SETTINGS ON, and see what files Analog thinks it is including and
excluding.
