VHOSTINCLUDE should do this. If you turn on the Virtual Host Report (VHOST
ON), and  Analog correctly reports the names of the virtual hosts ini your
log, then you should be able to VHOSTINCLUDE any of the hostnames in that
report, to get a report on that vhosts requests.
