When you tell Analog to HOSTEXCLUDE an address, it excludes all requests from that address. You can't tell Analog to exclude that address only for certain requests. If you have different requirements for different parts of your site, you may need to create different reports for those different parts. (It might be possible to create cache files for the two different sets and combine them in a single report, but it's quite possible that that will only create a big mess).
