Keep a record
of the last date you ran analog and then use it to select the log files
specified with LOGFILE in the config (or directly on the command line). http://analog.cx/docs/logfile.html
You can also
use the FROM command to limit the entries that Analog reports on (but it still
has to read every entry specified in the LOGFILE files). http://analog.cx/docs/include.html#FROMTO Finally, you
could add some logfile rotation tool to you system that moves or renames log
files when they are processed, so you don’t have to run them again. There
are numerous such tools on the linux/apache platform, such as logrotate. A
little search would probably turn up ones for Windows. Hope that
helps, Jeremy Wadsack Seven Simple

Behalf Of Jeff Swearingen Hello, I am using Analog with IIS 6.0 log files. What is the best way to have
Analog generate stats for a website on a schedule, but not process every log
file? That is, how can I tell Analog to only process log entries saved since
the last time Analog was run? Thanks, Jeff Yahoo!
