This means that there were 7783 requests for /index.html. Requests for
other media are listed separately. So you would see something like this:

Req           Count
------------------
/index.html   7783
/main.css     7543
/logo.png     7687

They are redirected requests so they are counted in the Redirection
Report. The Request Report counts everything that successfully returned
content (depending on the 304ISSUCCESS setting).
