At 09:27a -0400 07/27/2006, Grace Sheu didst inscribe upon an
electronic papyrus:
Does text browser serve as a search engine or cralwer?
It serves me as the primary "human" web browser on my Macintosh. :-)
yes, I actually made it my default browser. Sure Safari is great for
gazing at pretty pictures, but when I want to get any real work done,
I use Lynx.
But you can tell if it was operated as a crawler by looking at how
many different pages were requested in a period of time shorter than
Evelyn Wood could have read them. :-)
