Is there a way to show the unique number of requests per file / url

grand total of unique requests for the entire site.
You can find out how many requests cam from IP address 111.222.333.444 by
running Analog with
HOSTINCLUDE 111.222.333.444
That will generate a report that only contains information on requests from
that IP address. To get the list of files requested by 555.666.777.888,
you'd have to run Analog again.
As Jeremy points out, you can't get that level of information for more than
one unique IP address in a single run of Analog.
