I haven't heard of this on CentOS, but the problem you describe is a known problem on Mac OS X. It appears to be a fault in the DNS libraries, but I tried and failed several times to get Apple engineers to fix it. I wonder if CentOS is using the same libraries.
I echo Aengus's answer that a separate DNS helper app is probably the way forward. -- Stephen Turner +------------------------------------------------------------------------ | TO UNSUBSCRIBE from this list: | http://lists.meer.net/mailman/listinfo/analog-help | | Analog Documentation: http://analog.cx/docs/Readme.html | List archives: http://www.analog.cx/docs/mailing.html#listarchives | Usenet version: news://news.gmane.org/gmane.comp.web.analog.general +------------------------------------------------------------------------
