My point is to put it on the job scheduler to run it monthly by using the format FROM -00-01-01 TO -00-0131 or FROM -00-01-01 TO -00-0131 It worked for the few months then starting the month of September it skipped the few days and missed the last few days of the month.
Your FROM command is wrong, as Aengus has been saying.
