Windows Media Center is just a version of Windows XP (Windows+NT+5.1), and Analog lists it as Windows XP in it's OS Report.

You could try BROWINCLUDE *Media+Center* but that probably would only report on Media Center users using IE, not those using Firefox or Opera.
