Thank you, I have a logfile from my server site. Now when I run Analog I get: +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ C:\AnalogWebtools\analog 6.0\analog.exe: Warning F: Can't auto-detect format of logfile c:\analogWebTools\logfiles\lido\ex070310.log: ignoring it ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I have attached the logfile I got from my Web server What do I have to do to correct this?
Analog will read that log file "out of the box". (I just downloaded a fresh copy of Ananlog to verify that it works).
Analog uses the #Software: and #Fields: lines at the start of the logfile to recognise the format of the logfile. As long as you leave them intact, you shouldn't need to do anything else for Analog to parse that logfile.
