Frustration has hit, so I'm bothering all of you. I went through the
list archives, but didn't find anything to help.

I got a copy of a logfile from a vendor (this is part of the Sharepoint
question I asked last week) and I cannot for the life of me get Analog
to read the file. I get repeated FtOL messages no matter what I do.

"Failed to open logfile" doesn't mean that analog didn't know the
format of the logfile. It means that the operating system wouldn't let
analog read the logfile at all. This can happen if it's marked
unreadable, or if another program has it open, or if it's more than
2GB, or something like that.
