Take a look at the entries for January 14, 2007 and January 12, 2007 and you’ll see what happened. Let’s just say it’s an unofficial update in the spirit of the open source community, and I’d imagine that the date you have for the extracted file (i.e. today) is because you just extracted the .zip.
