The easiest way would be to pre-process your log files with a simple script. If 
you have a consistent log format you could do this easily with perl or sed on 
Unix (you could even use the analog UNCOMPRESS command to do it inline but that 
might complicate things).

Also, several years ago Stephen create a log file anonymizer tool. It's uin 
perl so it will run on any system although you'll have to install ActivePerl or 
something to use it on Windows. See http://anonlog.sourceforge.net/ for details.
