The lines marked with a C: have a * that indicates at what point in the log entry Analogs parsing broke down. Unfortunately, your log file is tab delimited, and lining up the fields and the * seems to be inconsistent with tab delimited log files. But if you capture the errors to a file with ERRFILE, and open the file in a text editor ith line wrapping turned off, you may get some indication of where Analog is having problems with your logfile.
But as Stephen pointed out, it is important to note that Analog is only reporing 808 "Corrupt lines" in 65382 lines - that's only a little over 1%.
