Hi, Here's the scenario:
Analog 6.0 on Solaris. Analog application is here on the server /opt/analog_6.0/analog My ~ directory is actually here: /u/2/j/jf2412/ In my ~ directory I have a symlink to the analog application. In my ~ directory I have a subdirectory called 'logfiles' Inside logfiles I have 6 subdirs, one for each webserver that sits behind our load balancer Inside THOSE subdirs, I have logfiles like these: httpd.access.20080126 httpd.access.20080301 httpd.access.20080405 httpd.access.20080202 httpd.access.20080308 httpd.access.20080412 My analog.cfg file has this line: LOGFILE /u/2/j/jf2412/logfiles/sorrel/httpd.access.20080105 There is a LOGFORMAT line BEFORE the LOGFILE line. When I try to run analog from inside my ~ directory like this: ./analog -G +g./analog.cfg I get this: ./analog: Warning F: Failed to open logfile /u/2/j/jf2412/logfiles/sorrel/httpd.access.20080105: ignoring it I cannot understand why! Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Joshua -- Joshua S. Freeman Director- CUIT Interactive Services o: 212.854.2083 | m: 347.392.2560 Skype/YIM: karmester | Skype-In: 914.613.3132 -- Joshua S.
