I don't think there's a way to change this by just modifying the config file - 
they're both defined as "L" warnings, and all "L" warnings are eirther on or 
off.

I'm afraid you're probably going to have to make this mod yourself - Analog 
hasn't had an official update in almost 4 years. A quick look at the source 
suggests that you might be able to get away with changing the warning type on 
line 297 of input.c
