It looks to me like people are using the "analytics" keyword to basically
"cross-post" bugs from other components.  I wasn't aware of it and in my
opinion I'd rather some analytics people be cc-ed on the bug rather than
the keyword.  Let's do it this way: if anyone disagrees, speak up.  If
nobody speaks up by Monday, July 21st, let's get rid of it.
