Mobile + desktop traffic per reportcard:

May - 20.42b
Jun - 17.93b
Jul - 17.89b

Per similarweb:

May: 2.7 billion
July: 2.4 billion

Assuming the ratio of visits:pageviews is about constant (which seems
a reasonable assumption) then our drop shows about the same - July is
13.5% down on May in our data, and 11% in his. Our enwiki traffic
matches even more closely - it's down 11% as well, 9.41b down to
8.36b.

The decline, interestingly, appears to be less marked in enwiki than
in many other projects - frwp is down 22.5% over the same period, and
eswp 26% (!).

However, a look at reportcard suggests this is not particularly
unusual - we had an overall 13% drop June-September 2013, for example,
which recovered again, and an 11% spike from June-September 2014.
(tentative conclusion, summers are weird).
