Hi Sneha, I'm not sure about the other data (You may be able to find aggregate reports?), but the page history of https://foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Mobile_partnerships seems to have data on the countries and carriers, and which date they were switched on. I'm not sure how reliable the switch-off would be. It also includes a statement on the languages and which version of Wikipedia is concerns.
