Hello there, This one is tricky, since location information is highly sensitive, especially for specific pages. We do not publish any such datasets AFAIK. Having said that, if you're a researcher, it's possible to be sponsored through a formal collaboration with the Wikimedia Foundation's Research team <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Research/Formal_collaborations>.
