I would say your right on track with the idea of YHVH being the one to MEASURE or YOKE you to Him and establish His Breath in you.
Rich Well, here's the reason why I ask. I'm a part of a songwriting collaboration group, and I wrote a song based on Isaiah 40. A part of the song references verse 31. The lyric goes like this: Who rules with his right hand and makes my breath secure? In this lyric I am expressing only YHVH can "secure my breath" so I can gain strength in Him. In your opinion, does this lyric properly express "waiting" or "hoping" in the Lord? I "hope" that made sense. :-) Thanks again for your help.
