The "Ah" added to the "S" (Sin) is an action or verb and adding the "H" makes it "famine" meaning to make something or do something. The "BR" is the idea of "house of head" or a family of grains like wheat. Which from this we can see FOOD to "FILL" up livestock or people with. Or FATTEN something such as the HEAVENS, as in Gen.1:1 So in Ex. 20:11 we can see the "WORK" being done and in Gen.1:1 we see the results of the "WORK".
