I probably was not clear, but the quote I referenced "A person with
wisdom is one who has the ability to separate between good and bad..."
was a statement made by Jeff Benner not by me.  I was looking for
evidence which supports that assertion.

Your analysis is not far from my own... however it is the assertion by
Jeff that the Hebrew term חכמ×"  connotes one who has the
ability to separate "good and bad" for which I am seeking supporting
evidence.

Sorry if my original post was confusing.
