The verse is Exodus 31:3. The Hebrew term in question is "chokmah" (wisdom).
This statement was made by Jeff Benner:"A person with wisdom ("chokmah") is one
who has the ability to separate between good and bad..." I wanted to see if
there is factual evidence to support that statement.
