Thank you for the questions… they always force the questioner to
clarify.  What I meant by the phrase "factual evidence" is:
"factual" in the sense of the Latin factum (a deed, a work, a
document… something tangible); and evidence, again in the sense of
the Latin (something which is manifest or grounds for believing)… I
used these terms to distinguish what I was looking for from opinion or
conjecture.



I am looking for the basis of or support for the statement.
