ShLM, the "word" translated "Light" is actually made up of 3 pictures.
We see in the first picture, an "OX", giving the idea of POWER/STRENGTH. (translated in into English as the letter "A") We see in the second picture a mans arm with an open hand much like we see when shaking hands giving the idea of making an agreement or YOKING the two together. (translated in into English as the letter "Y") We see the third picture is a mans head, giving the idea of the top of a man. (translated in into English as the letter "R") Putting these 3 pictures together in this way (AYR) we get the idea of POWER-YOKED-(in)TOP. This is the idea given in Gen. 1:3. Having said that looking at the "ROOT" of these three pictures we see the two pictures "YR" which is the root of the statement "AYR" and the root of "TVRH" which has been mistranslated into English as "LAW" (see Gen:26:5) AS for the word "HEAT", this statement is a combination of two picture. The first picture is of a "WALL" giving the idea of dividing something. (translated in into English as the letter "Hh") The second picture if the picture of "LIQUID" flowing from something such a river or blood of a man. (translated in into English as the letter "M") Putting these two pictures together "HhM" we get the idea of "Separating Water". We see this when the HEAT from the SUN separates water into vapor. I know you did not ask about the word "HEART" but please let me offer a thought. The "WORD" translated in the text (Bible) as "Heart" is two pictures. The first is the picture on a Shepard's Staff. (translated in into English as the letter "L") This picture gives the idea of the Authority of the Shepard. The second picture is a picture of the floor plan of a tent (Meaning House)Giving the idea of "going inside". (translated in into English as the letter "B") Putting these two pictures together "LB" gives the idea of the "Authority Inside" an man.
