This question is for Jeff Benner - on the "About" page, under the heading "My
Introduction to Ancient Hebrew Thought," you reference something very
interesting about the Hebraic orientation vs. our modern orientation. The
Hebrews faced the past with the future behind them and we face the future with
the past behind us. I am in complete agreement with you on that point, and came
the that realization over the last year or so through my own study, but I was
not aware that there were other scholars out there who were articulating that.

In that same paragraph you mentioned that you were introduced to biblical
scholars who showed you the worldview of the ancient Hebrews was very different
from our own, but you did not mention any of them. Would you be willing to send
me the books (maybe even chapters?) and authors who introduced you, in
particular, to that fundamental worldview orientation to time? That would be
much appreciated.

Blessings,
Travis West
