i think that the word to regret is also too superficial. i think NHhM is 
something deeper. when i understood that metanoeo means to afterchangeconsider, 
my hard heart was circumcised. 

 i think when we translate, we should also look at the roots of the english 
words. for example, the english word to repent originates from latin and it may 
have some burden of catholic church. so it would be better to find some other 
word to translate NHhM.
