Dee is correct in the assessment of the use of "WAW" or "VAV". The original text was scribed as pictures and each "set" of pictures gives the seer the idea formed from these pictures. This is what Dee is saying. Take the statement "V-H-ARTs" in Gen. 1:1, you will read something like "and the earth" which is close to the meanings of the pictures. However, literally it will translate as "and-the land" while this may not seem like much difference, it is in that the "Earth" is a modern understanding while the Ancient Hebrew only saw the "LAND". As for the "W" it is the picture of a tent peg (stake) and we get the idea of something being anchored down or secured and it's use is as a conjunction such as "AND".
