What your asking is on "Doctrine" and is a mater of interpretation.

Remember first "Paul" was a well educated Hebrew (not a Jew) a son of the 12th 
son of YSHRAL (Israel), BNyMyN (Benjamin) so you would do well to understand 
his mind as such.
