It is for you to determine, but do not forget what is written in II
Peter 3:15-16: (The Scriptures 1998)
II Peter 3:15: and reckon the patience of our Master as deliverance,
as also our beloved brother Sha’ul wrote to you, according to the
wisdom given to him,
II Peter 3:16: as also in all his letters, speaking in them concerning
these matters, in which some are _hard_ to understand, which those who
are untaught and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do
also the other Scriptures. {1 Cor. 11:6.}

Hard? Hard from one who lived at the time, says he witnessed the
transfiguration, and an apostle.
Untaught? What meaning is this? What qualifies as 'taught'? A Doctor,
Lawyer, Rabbi, Priest or perhaps a nuclear bomb technician these would
be very learned people, but maybe it is something else.... Below is
some of what is written. (The Scriptures 1998)

Psalms 78:1: My people, give ear to my Torah, Incline your ears to
the words of my mouth. {In vv. 1-11 the words “teaching, words,
witness, commands, covenant,” are used interchangeably, as
parallels,almost synonymously. We find the same in Ps. 119.}
Psalms 78:5: For He raised a witness in Ya‛aqoḇ, And set a Torah in
Yisra’ĕl, Which He commanded our fathers, To teach them to their
children;
Psalms 105:45: In order that they might guard His laws, And watch over
His Torot. Praise Yah! {Torot - plural of Torah - teaching.}

Proverbs 3:1: My son, do not forget my Torah, And let your heart watch
over my commands;
Proverbs 4:2: For I gave you good instruction: Do not forsake my Torah.
Proverbs 6:23: For the command is a lamp, And the Torah a light, And
reproofs of discipline a way of life, {Ps. 119:105.}
Proverbs 7:2: Guard my commands and live, And my Torah as the apple of your eye.
Proverbs 13:14: The Torah of the wise is a fountain of life, Turning
one away from the snares of death.
Proverbs 28:4: Those who forsake the Torah praise the wrong, Those who
guard the Torah strive with them.
Proverbs 28:7: He who watches over the Torah is a discerning son, But
a companion of gluttons shames his father.
Proverbs 28:9: He who turns away his ear from hearing the Torah, Even
his prayer is an abomination. {See also 15:29, Isa. 59:1-2, John 9:31,
1 John 3:22.}
Proverbs 29:18: Where there is no vision, the people are let loose,
But blessed is he who guards the Torah.

To the question, not that I have heard or read. To the doctrine of the
reason for the question:
Does Paul's writings supersede that of Yahshua, Moses, or the Father?
Romans 3:4: Let it not be! But let Elohim be true, and _every man_ a
liar, as it has been written, “That You should be declared right in
Your words, and prevail in Your judging.”
Titus 1:2: in expectation of everlasting life which Elohim, who does
_not_ lie, promised before times of old,

The El of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob has a very unique trait. This El
did not, does not, and will not lie.
A change or annulment to any 'forever command' makes either the
teacher of the doctrine of change/annulment a liar or the father. Such
as:
Deuteronomy 12:28: “Guard, and obey all these words which I command
you, that it might be well with you and your children after you
forever, when you do what is good and right in the eyes of יהוה your
Elohim.
I would also submit that every word and thus command from our father is forever.

Choose you this day who you will server.
Joshua 24:15: “And if it seems evil in your eyes to serve יהוה, choose
for yourselves this day whom you are going to serve, whether the
mighty ones which your fathers served that were beyond the River, or
the mighty ones of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But I and my
house, we serve יהוה.”
