Actually, I'm looking forward to Jeff's Hebrew New Testament.

When folks use the term "Bible" it's not a unified concept. More&More, in the
media and googling it's harder to find a complete listing of all the books that
compose the Earth's bestselling book. People fight over the contents. Right
now I could only find a complete listing in the Wikipedia. A year ago that
wasn't so. In addition, I just discovered that the Vatican had decreed that no
Catholic Bibles/Prayerbooks/Studies are permitted to use YaHWeH or YHWH in
translations. They must use either LORD or GOD. That was about two years ago,
but I just discovered this. Before I think I am reporting truthfully, I need
to know if you all know this.

So I've created my own Bible Books listing derived from the Wikipedia Listing.
It's interesting that basically the original languages are Hebrew and Koine
Greek. Since I can translate Hebrew myself, that makes me happy. I have had
the experience of talking to a retired minister who was expert in Koine Greek.
It was about how the Septuagint translated into Koine Greek the word "almah".
He said he never thought about that before. He did his own research. I think
by now it's not news;) Wouldn't it be nice if every Doctor of Divinity could
read all these Bible Books in the original language? Would help us on the
Sabbath to become ancient Middle Easterners. When I post Bible verses I always
use the truthful
English equivalents. Most importantly edit/replace every "the LORD" and
"LORD" with "YHWH". That's because I do know what my eyes see. Just like
Galileo did; also Baruch Spinoza, whose Hebrew grammar I own.

In addition, I've had THE JEWISH WAR by Josephus around for a long time, but
couldn't read it because it is too violent. I was not as comfortable with
Torah Hebrew. Since I discovered Jeff's Ancient Hebrew research, it's given me
self -confidence in my own application of what I read in the Torah's words.
One size does fit all for me. Well, because of the Daniel Pearl flap, somehow,
I am imagining the Middle East more easily and I can actually marvel at THE
JEWISH WAR. It's about Aramaic and Koine Greek culture. In fact, if it had
headlines, it would be: Antony&Cleopatra, Jew, Arab. Amazing how easy it is
today because of all the new media to slip back into 0CE and live in Jerusalem.
No wonder the Talmud says that Hebrew is the Holy Language and Greek is the
second Holy Language.
