it is supposed to be through the command line: adb install c:\ANDROID\Donwloads\VolcanoIsland.apk
like: C:\ANDROID\SDKs\android-sdk_m5-rc14_windows\tools>adb install c: \ANDROID\Donwloads\VolcanoIsland.apk The version of your aplication must be compatible to the ADB, though.
