Not until now, but i guess someone would have definitely though about it...But I don't know how difficult will it be to develop such an application...Never tried my hands with these things...but again a GOOD IDEA, might not be very useful though... Don't you think, you will always be announcing this to everyone, and what about your privacy!!!!...Of course you can turn it off for some contacts, but still you will definitely be in a situation where you dont want your phone broadcast "Who's Calling"....:-)
