Hi, You may want to look at expandable lists( these come close to bulleted lists):
http://code.google.com/android/samples/ApiDemos/src/com/google/android/samples/view/ExpandableList1.html Android does not have any other view for using bullets(if you are talking about using html <li>/<ul>, you can use the webview).
