hi, How am I supposed to determine whether an item in a listview has been selected ? I have extended the BaseAdapter class and the methods getSelectedItemId() and getSelectedItemPosition() are not truly reliable as they return 0 even though no selection has been made, thus pointing to the very first item. I need to perform operations on those items and need a sure way of determining whether an item has been selected.
