Hello justin, The GTalk classes reside in "com.google.android.gtalkservice" package.

For judy, Which version of SDK are you using? I am using m5 r14 and it logs in. Since the error is not a network connection error, the input can be wrong. There may be an encoding problem with your keyboard layout, please try the soft keyboard that is provided with the emulator.
