this is the procedure you follow.
1)open eclipse ide
2)o to "run" option click on it
3)it will show you drop down menu "open run Dialog" click on it
4)then run window comes click on "target"
5)then set emulator launch parameter change screen size to "HVGA-L"
then say run
you got horizontal screen
