bin/HelloAndroid.apk is the binary package created by the compilation 
process -- it's what gets uploaded to the phone or emulator and 
represents your actual application.

If that doesn't exist, then for some reason Eclipse isn't compiling it 
(e.g., compile errors) or isn't even trying to compile it. I'm not an 
Eclipse guy, so unfortunately I don't have specific step-by-step things 
for you to try.
