i want to know if we're allowed to exploit call functionalities to extend beyond services like just calling, to say blocking, putting calls on hold, call diversion etc. ?
i see a permission RECEIVE_SMS that google describes to let us receive, monitor and process smses one gets on the phone. i don't see any such for a call. is blocking allowed?
