Hi georgexu316. You have to be patient, cause the emulator takes around 5 minutes to launch the frst time. Just leave it for some time, and then the program will run. Another thing you can do to check if your installation is correct is to execute the emulator.exe file that is under the android/tools folder. In either case, you will have to wait the first time some minutes. Hope this works! A recommendation: before posting questions, you can actually search for similar problems (upper left corner of the group), cause this error has been reported several times before.
