hi there, I have been reading about GtalkService,
"The system currently maintains a single GTalk connection to the server, and all messaging traffic — including both standard GTalk instant messages, and this P2P message-passing system — is carried on the same connection." I interpreted this sentense as if i send a message, the message will go to the server first then to the other user. Is this wrong? If the message passing is through p2p, why would I need a connection to the server? is it just to get some overhead information? Any clarification will be great. Thanks. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Beginners" group.
