You are using the Eclipse plugin version 0.8.0 that was released to be used by the new SDK 1.0.
The problem is that the name of the HOME process changed between 0.9 and 1.0 so the Eclipse plugin never sees it being launched on the emulator. Please update to the new SDK, so that Eclipse properly detects the HOME process, and finish the launch process by installing your app on the emulator and starting it.
